Delete a Kamu account

Before you submit

• In Kamu, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to initiate deletion directly.
• Deletion is permanent after any required identity verification and legally required retention.
• We may retain limited records where required for tax, payment, fraud, safety, dispute, or legal purposes, and will isolate them from ordinary use.
• Deleting Kamu does not delete records independently held by a Marketplace Provider, organization, identity provider, payment processor, or other third party.

Account email * Use the email address associated with the Kamu account. We use it to locate the account and verify the request.

Account or workspace identifier (optional)

Additional identifying details (optional) Do not include a password, payment-card number, government ID, or sensitive document.

I request permanent deletion of the identified Kamu account and understand that access and user-controlled data will be removed, subject to applicable legal retention.

Email privacy@razif.ca from the account email. If you cannot access that email, explain this without sending sensitive documents; we will provide appropriate verification steps.
