Your choices and controls
Kamu provides controls for account information, connected services, device permissions, communications, and deletion. The choices available to you depend on the feature and device you use.
Access, correct, or export information
Use available profile and account settings. For information or rights not available in the product, email privacy@razif.ca.
Delete your Kamu account
Use Settings → Account → Delete Account in Kamu, or submit a request using the public deletion page.
Connected Google or Microsoft account
Disconnect a Connected Account in Kamu settings and, if desired, revoke access from the provider's security settings. Disconnecting stops new access; request deletion if you also want Kamu-held connected data removed.
Sign in with Apple
Manage the authorization in your Apple Account settings. If you used Hide My Email, Apple controls the private relay address. Deleting your Kamu account initiates revocation of the applicable Sign in with Apple authorization.
Device permissions
Use your iOS, Android, browser, or device settings to change microphone, speech, camera, photo, location, and notification permissions.
Marketing communications
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us. Essential account, security, legal, and transaction messages are not promotional messages.
Third-party AI processing
Before a feature sends your content to an external AI provider, Kamu presents an in-context disclosure and obtains your affirmative permission. If you decline, that external processing does not occur. You may withdraw permission for future processing through the in-product control available with the feature or by contacting privacy@razif.ca. If no withdrawal control is available, the feature's external AI processing remains disabled.
Cookies and similar technologies
Kamu does not currently intentionally use optional advertising or audience-analytics cookies in its customer-facing website and applications. Necessary storage, device permissions, and Connected Account permissions are described separately in the Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy.
If optional technologies requiring consent are introduced, Kamu will provide the required notice and controls before activation. Browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control, are honoured where applicable law requires them.
Submit a privacy request or complaint
Email the Privacy Officer at privacy@razif.ca. Describe the request and identify the Kamu account or interaction involved. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, jurisdiction, and scope.
